With a private massage therapy practice located in historic, downtown Columbiana, Ohio, I find great passion in how massage therapy may naturally benefit my clients, assisting them in a lifestyle without the use of medication.  Incorporating a variety of massage techniques, many reach out seeking relief for headaches, migraines, TMJ disorders, whiplash, forward head syndrome, tech neck, and general neck and/or shoulder pain.  As a yoga instructor, I look forward to supporting my clients in between sessions with a restorative and slow-flowing form of yoga, allowing their bodies to feel stronger and more comfortable between sessions.
